Tara Larner serves as Executive Vice President at GPA, leading the strategy, structure, and implementation of employee benefits programs for employers across a range of industries. She works closely with organizations to evaluate plan design, manage carrier relationships, navigate compliance requirements, and support long term benefits strategies that align with both business objectives and employee needs.
Tara brings more than 17 years of experience across employee benefits consulting, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining GPA, she held roles with Symphony Risk, Revolution Global, and Hub International & Horton Group, building experience across benefits operations, client strategy, and workforce support.
Since joining GPA in 2024, Tara has played a key role in supporting organizational growth and strengthening the firm’s group benefits offering.
