Morgan Stephens serves as Chief Operating Officer of GPA, leading operational strategy and execution across the firm’s national insurance brokerage business. She oversees cross-functional initiatives spanning premium operations, partnership and producer agreements, onboarding and workforce infrastructure, and product content development.
Morgan has built her career in highly regulated industries, with operational experience across insurance, cannabis, and gaming. At Revolution Global, she advanced through four promotions while helping build the workforce and operational infrastructure supporting approximately 350 employees across retail, cultivation, manufacturing, and corporate functions. She partnered closely with executive leadership through multi-state expansion, organizational restructurings, and workforce scaling initiatives, developing the systems, processes, and controls that supported growth within a complex regulatory environment.
Earlier in her career, Morgan held roles at Rush Street Gaming, where she developed the operational discipline and regulatory foundation that continue to shape her leadership approach.
She is known for stepping into fast-moving environments and building the structure, accountability, and operational processes that allow organizations to scale effectively. Morgan holds a SHRM-CP certification.
