Kingston Select works because it does not ask your employees to adopt a new plan or give anything up. Their existing medical coverage stays exactly as it is. Their carrier, their network, their deductibles, all of it remains in place. What changes is the depth of support surrounding it.
Through a Section 125 pretax mechanism, the program funds a comprehensive set of wellness and health management benefits, Wellution access, telehealth, prescription savings, biometric screening at no cost.
Program Qualifications
- Group Size: 10 or more employees
- Employee Classification: W-2 and full-time employees averaging a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Existing Coverage Required: An active group medical plan or MEC equivalent must already be in place
- Owner Eligibility: Company owners are not eligible to participate in Kingston Select
