What it typically does not include is the front end; the daily tools, preventive resources, and health management programs that help employees stay out of the claims system in the first place.
Coverage is reactive by nature. Capstone Select adds the proactive layer your carrier was never built to provide.
Enrolled employees gain access to a full preventive health program powered by Wellution at no cost, biometric health screening, personalized wellness planning, prescription savings, and more. Employees’ existing coverage is untouched. All existing pre-tax deductions, networks, and benefits remain exactly as they were.
Program Qualifications
- Group Size: 10 or more W-2 and full-time employees averaging 30 or more hours per week
- Existing Coverage Required: An active group medical plan or MEC equivalent must be in place
- Owner Eligibility: Company owners are not eligible to participate in Capstone Select
