Chris J. Gaddis, MBA, is an 18-year veteran of the financial services industry with an extensive background in wealth management, insurance, and business development.
Chris began his career with Ameriprise Financial in 2004, where he obtained his Life, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. As part of a team managing $66 million in assets under management, he developed comprehensive financial plans, executed client trades, and helped lead the state in life insurance sales, producing over $1 million in new premium in his first year.
His strategic approach led to uncovering a key loophole in the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System, which was later addressed statewide.
In 2008, he joined a national bank as a Trust Officer, overseeing the trust department and building a financial services division from the ground up. Under his leadership, trust assets grew from $12 million to over $50 million, and income increased an average of 25% year over year, while jointly managing a $100 million investment portfolio.
In 2012, Chris launched his own independent firm, partnering with Allstate and later MetLife (acquired by MassMutual). He earned multiple Million Dollar Round Table awards and the Rising Star Award for top national performance. In 2016, he led the country in new assets under management.
Recognized for his innovative mindset, Chris began marketing level-funded health plans to business owners through LinkedIn, where he quickly recognized the power of digital prospecting.
He founded a marketing company that developed a proprietary LinkedIn automation platform for financial professionals. The company scaled to over $300,000 per month in sales and was sold in 2019 after helping hundreds of advisors grow their practices.
This success led to a partnership with Tom Botts, culminating in their acquisition of GP Agency in October 2022.
Together, they co-founded Capstone Health Management in 2023.
