Katie Medeiros serves as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Markets at GPA, leading enterprise growth initiatives focused on business development, strategic partnerships, and scalable market expansion.
Katie brings more than 20 years of experience across business development, enterprise sales, payroll and HCM strategy, and operational growth. Throughout her career, she has worked with both Fortune 200 organizations and high-growth startups, helping businesses strengthen operational efficiency, expand market presence, and develop scalable sales strategies.
Prior to joining GPA, Katie held leadership roles with LifeGuides, Global Payments, and Care.com, where she focused on enterprise solutions, partnership development, and organizational growth initiatives. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, creating operational efficiencies, and developing strategies that support long term business growth.
In addition to her professional leadership experience, Katie has been recognized with the Women We Admire Award for Women in Technology and has completed both the SHRM Women in Leadership Certificate program and the CORO Women in Leadership program.
