As many of you are already aware, AG 49-A revisions are planned to go into effect for policies sold on or after May 1, 2023. These revisions have no impact on the maximum illustrated rates for our currently sold products. The AG 49-A revisions will add an additional limit to the maximum illustrated rate for all non-benchmark indexed accounts.
